Is there a game that's pure destruction? I mean, all you do is destroy things, buildings, people, mountains if possible? Sorta be like a god-like being? Or any similar games?

Mercenaries for the PS2 and XBox. You can destroy almost everything in the environment. You aren't a "god-like" being, but this game is fun, and you get to blow stuff (and people) up. Here is an IGN review (they gave it a 9.1/10)

Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
Basically, you are The Hulk, and you smash things. People, Cars, Buildings, Enemies, etc.
Tons of moves to learn, tons of unlockable stuff.
It was released in 2005 for all the major consoles. You can probably get a copy now for $20 or so.
