Why is this question in Country?
You know everyone here will just be judgemental and bash rap.
As far as the question goes, it's too hard. It would something along a 2Pac song IMO

"The Message" by Grand Master Melle Mel & The Furious Five. It's a social commentary on inner city strife in the early 80's, and one of the first of its kind, if not thee first. 20 years later, not much of what the song mentions has changed. 20 years from now, I believe the lyrics will still represent the daily struggle of lower income life in a big city.

My pick for best hip hop song of all time? "Stakes Is High" by De La Soul. Great beat by the late, great J Dilla (aka - Jay Dee) and great lyrics that actually mean something and still ring true today. What more can you ask for? If you haven't heard it before, you need to.
