yes, it is totally normal. i am 30 weeks pregnant, and i've had almost no morning sickness the whole time. I've only gained about 20 pounds the entire pregnancy, and most of that is very recently. a lot of other people i've known said they lost weight the first couple months as well.

I don't know about the losing weight thing, but I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant & I only have sore breasts, but no morning sickness or anything. I think it's best to enjoy it while it lasts cos it seems most people get morning sickness at some point!

I'm 7 weeks & 3 days pregnant. This is my 3rd pregnancy. The other two ended in miscarriage unfortunately. I never had any morning sickness with any of my pregnancies and this one is no exception. The only symptoms I have is sore nipples, sore back & feeling tired. I have also lost 4.5kg since being pregnant but not because I have been on a diet. I'm 35kg overweight anyway & I'm just eating healthy. Don't worry too much. You & baby will be fine. Just take it easy. Good luck.

Your symptoms are normal and very luck for you!! I only had sore breasts with mine and the occasional nausea with my first.
With the weight loss, don't be worried about losing weight, a lot of women do because they all of a sudden find out they are pregnant and start eating really healthy and going for gently walks and they wonder why they are losing rather than putting on weight. As long as you are eating frequent healthy meals, drinking lots of water and doing gentle exercise then don't worry so much about your weight. Your doctor will tell you if he has any concerns, just don't purposely diet. Try to maintain your weight.
Best of luck and congratulations!

First off congratulations....
Each pregnancy is different so I wouldn't worry too much about putting on or loosing weight at this stage as long as your eating healthy .. and fingers crossed that you get no morning sickness as it's horrible... I am 32 weeks pregnant and have only put on 12 pounds and have actually not put any weight on in the last 3 weeks, but with my first I put on 3 and half stone....

This sounds perfectly normal the sickness may come later or not at all. Just concentrate on eating a healthy diet, small meals often. Congratulations and try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

sore breast is VERY normal in pregnancy, and not every women will have morning sickness, but since you are losing weight without having morning I would just contact your doctor to see if there is any eating habits you need to adjust to. Discontinue your diet though if you haven't already unless it is okayed by your doctor.
