a very subjective word to define due to the differences of opinions of people and the circumstances that may influence their definition about it. Generally, weirdness is a behaviour or phenomenon that has no logical or scientific explanation, typically outside of the known norms of society. Even if some people can somehow explain, it is merely an opinion or to try to find some semblance about something or someone that is typically unusual or strange.

I think it's a bit more than just "not normal"

It's not normal to have a temperature of 101 deg. F. , but it's not weird to have this temperature.
It's not normal to have a pulse of 100 beats per minute, but a person who does is not weird, and the condition itself is not weird.
