i know very dumb question but i want to improve my look what should i do to my self to look better..(that thing on my bottom lip isnt a pimple its a piercing just saying..haha)

Yes you are pretty! Definitely not ugly! If you're happy with your appearance, don't change!! But here are some tips-
* i dont really like the piercing as it's in a kinda random place. but if you like it, then keep it!
* some eye makeup would be nice - some black eyeliner would look great!
* some lipgloss and you're good to go!
