Sure India's capability of winning the cup is more than enough..But the thing is they feel bit difficult to play under pressure.I don't think there will be pressure in 20-20.Losing wickets is not mistake in 20-20 but scoring is important which India is much more capable off. Another thing India is having players like Virender Sehwag , Robin Uthappa , Yuvraj Singh , Mahendra Singh Dhoni , Irfan Pathan , Ajit Agarkar , Harbhajan Singh who are hard hitters of the ball in ODI's So without bothering about their wicket they can hit lots & lots.
So we hope the best from India..

No, Sri Lanka is the only South Asian team capable of winning the 20-20 World Cup.

Yes India is Capable but MsDhoni - Must play like Chris Gayle & Yuvraj Singh must play like Herschelle Gibbs & Irfan Pathan must bowl like Muthaiah Muralidharan.

Since India is the most inexperienced team in this format and as they are competing with new players, I don not think they can win the tournament. However, since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure.
