Everyone so far has pretty much said it all when it comes to your "policy" other than this. Not every terrorist comes to this country or any other sometimes they convert to terrorist acts so how are you going to stop someone that just one day decides they don't like whats going on in the world and decide to actions into their own hands, kinda like the Oklahoma city bombing?

In Iraq, if they shoot at our soilders, we can shoot back.
How are you identifying terrorists? They're not exactly honest people.
"O shoot...I was REALLY hoping you wouldn't ask me that question. You got me....I'm a terrorist".
So are you saying we shouldn't let anyone into our country ever unless their a citizen? No tourists, no students, no workers, no one fleeing their country?
Your plan looks "good on paper" so to speak, but sucks practically speaking.
What do you think of my plan to stop drugs: Don't do drugs.
What do you think of my plan to eliminate welfare: Get a Job.
What do you think of my plan to stop illegal immigration: Don't come in illegally.
Would you agree that those too are better than Bush's???

Good idea. Let's just hope they're carrying their "Terrorist" membership card with them, or we'd never know. Hopefully, they'll not think of this or use some excuse, or alibi, as it can be called, to throw officials off their track when trying to enter the country.
edit: No, I don't think they're showing off their membership cards, but I think when they start shooting at troops it's kind of a give away. I don't know about you, but trying to kill someone is not usually a good indicator that those people want to be friends.

Liberals have all of the answers and none of the solutions. This serves to sometimes get them into office but then after that they are completely lost for ideas and so they start back with the false campaign promises and campaign name-calling and bickering because running for office is all they know how to do. Actually holding office and leading with real ideas is totally foreign or alien to them.So they revert back into campaign mode. Or as I like to call it,stubborn donkey-mode.
I think Ronald Reagan said it best when he told them to either lead, follow,or get out of the way.

I think this is the one time I have at least partially agreed with you. I believe it is inconsistent to fight terrorists in Iraq and leave the back door open to them in America. When our troops do come home from fighting for the country they believe in, I want them to have a country to come back to.

Other than a complete ban on anyone from the Mid-East it would be impossible. Personally I would rather see that ban than for U.S. citizen to have to compromise their liberties and rights. Still it would do little good if we do not secure our borders and Congress seems dead set against it.

Our politicians don't seem to care who comes across our border. They refuse to enforce our immigration laws.
Here is my plan to stop terrorism: stop intervening in foreign, undeclared wars across the globe. That is why we have been attacked. Our own politicians have brought terrorism to our shores. And they used terrorism to saddle us with the Patriot Act, and the Department of Homeland Security.
My solution: elect Ron Paul in 2008. No more interventionism around the globe, no more terrorism. Repeal the Patriot Act, abolish the Department of Homeland Security, and restore the rights of the American people.

How do you propose to do that? Do you think terrorists apply for visas and follow rules to enter the country?
Bush is doing just fine. No attack in six years.
