iam looking for a apartment in louisville, ky $300-400 a month. There is one problem i have bad credit and 1 eviction. The upper is i have been working my job for almost 2 years now. So if i seem like a person you can work with please let me know. Or if anybody knows of anywhere.

Go with smaller places, maybe a building owned by an individual. They're less likely to check credit and references, and more likely to take a chance on someone who seems responsible.

Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved onarrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.
