1) welfare would be thrown out and replaced with funds for unlimited bones for all dogs
2) there would be a national leash burning day
3) spaying and nuetering would be illegal
4) disney land would be full of tennis balls and huge stuffed animals
5) hugh heffner's mansion would be a place where dogs go to hump legs during their vacation
6) there would be twice as many fire hydrants on each street
7) instead of water fountains, there would be pools
8) there would be petting and scratching stations on every corner instead of gas stations.
