Fear is a natural defense mechanism. Without the ability to feel afraid we would act with reckless abandon. If you fear nothing what is to stop you from walking off a cliff? It is the fear of pain...the fear of death....the fear of hitting the ground at a billion miles per hour that keeps us making rational decisions. Of course too much fear can be just as harmful as a complete lack of fear. Still, fear is a necessary evil.

I'd probably become a more outgoing person than I seem to be at the moment coz for some reason I don't really like trying adventurous stuff which can result in me being bored sometimes....but its outa my hands.
