I feel it's always important to be a little skeptical. Skepticism, in its original definition, is the idea that nothing can be known 100% for sure. So I believe what seems reasonable and believable to me, and I always hold out the possibility that I could be wrong about everything.

I've had many people (Christians and others) tell me that one must believe 100% or you might as well not bother. I think being 100% completely sure is the road to disaster.

Not to bring politics into it, but there was a guy interviewed on The Daily Show today who wrote a book about President Bush, about how he is always 110% sure of himself, and how that has led to disaster in his presidency.

The thing is, if I found out that everything I thought was wrong, I don't think I'd even be that upset. I'd say "Wow, so -thats- how it is! How fascinating!"

Maybe. It is too arrogant to say "I am always right"

It is our duty to examine our belief systems time and time again, and like cleaning a house, we keep the good and the worth keeping, and lose the useless or recycle it to use in another manner.

How can we be wrong about everything? Is that even possible?

No. Like a child getting up to stand, and walk, we all started flailing our arms wildly, turning this way and that way. We did it all wrong. When we somehow learned to do it a certain way, and it worked, we "know' that we are right.

We may be wrong about some other things but we are definitely right about many things. Is there order in your existence? Then you must be doing something right.

No, I doubt I'm wrong about *everything*. In fact I know I've got it at about 50-50. I ran a little test for a while and that clinched it for the feelings about "rightness" that I had all along.

Of course when I was young it was a big deal to be right at least most of the time. But that tempers.

No dear Heart. I am wrong sometimes, and I am right sometimes! When I'm wrong, I do apologize, but when I know I am right, I try to demonstrate my point without being pushy!

Have a very good day.

It can not be true for any case.
There is nothing like 100% correct and there is nothing like 100% wrong. Only thing is, we will not realize it many times.

I've never been THAT wrong, No one has. We all may wonder considering the state of world affairs and our part in them.
