All the food from my country is delicious. We have gallopinto, maduros fritos, tostones, queso, vigoron, baho, carne asada tipo nicaraguense, churrasco con chimmichurri, nacatamales. I would never give up our dishes for hamburgers like most of Americans {u.s. citizens) do. Its a shame!
Oh, and don't get me started on all the Nicaraguan-Chinese food, its the best fusion of cuisines in the world. Thank god the Chinese came to Nicaragua so long ago.
