E=mc^2
In MKSA m =0.05kg c=3*10^8

so E = 0.05*9*10^16 J = 4.5 10^15 J

Apply E=mc^2. I'm assuming this is rest mass energy. Convert to kg first.

= .05 * 3*10^ 8 = 1.5 * 10^7 joules.
