As much as I would love to...its very hard for me. I dont know why, but once someone has hurt me, I almost give up on them...instantly. I wish I could forgive and forget tho, I really do.

I have forgiven even the most harshest things that have been done to me, but I will never forget them. They are like little wounds that remind me never trust those people again.
I believe forgiveness will set you free. Not forgiving only harms you internally and stops you from moving on.

I can and have forgiven, but will never forget... forgetting leads to more hurt in the future... takes time to rebuild the trust after forgiveness as well...

Yes I can forgive most people for most things they could do. Their are very few people that I have had problems forgiving.
