The answer is yes, in the same way that you could eat Giant Panda or Orangutan. You'd have to be either a: very hungry, or b: on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
They are, of course, an endangered species.

I would guess that you can eat anything if you are starving and buzzard is a bird after all and we eat those in abundance.

well i dont really know what buzzards are, but if it a kinda a bird, im not eating it

Well, I don't think they would be all that wonderful to eat, but I suppose you could if you could catch or shoot one -- but I would have to be damn near dead from starvation before I would go after one of them!
