Generally speaking unless you are or will hire a lawyer, you are stuck with the decision of the 360 gang of henchmen, as the question is never reviewed by a live person with some kind of a brain. When a question or a comment is reported the computer is programmed to remove it and post a violation notice on the offenders message list or mail box. This is really never reviewed unless protested and it is much easier for the reviewer to just let things lie unless pushed. It is a lousy system as the jokers doing the review don't really know or care what customer service is. In reality if the protester is wrong there would be a penalty for them also. But if you read the by laws and community guide there is no penalty for it. So...good luck and I hope you get them back. otherwise do as I do and repost in the hopes that the stupid one(s) that turned them in the first time will miss them and they will get through. Seems to be some kind of game going on, maybe some kind of betting involved also as to who can get the most removed as it seems to be totally arbitrary which questions get removed.

There's nothing you can do. They don't care what you think. If they are offended in any way shape or form by your question / answer, it will be removed. If they really don't like it they will permanently suspend you.

I had a violation for an answer and argued it and they restored the points, so sometimes it does work.

Yes, it has happened to me. I just go on with life. No sense in worrying over something you cannot control

Go appeal your case. If you won, they would restore your question immediately.

just reply to yahoo, but all they can do is to reinstate your points not the question itself.
