I have been to Disney World for Christmas at least twice. At MGM-Studios, they decorate the WHOLE PARK with a billion (or more) lights; its called the Osborne Christmas Spectacle of Lights! For Magic Kingdom, everything is decorated as well. Both parks have "snow" that comes down when you walk through some areas of the park (they have fake snow and some are bubbles, lol), and both have huge parades and fireworks shows. ALL of the parks are EXTREMELY crowded as you get closer and closer towards Christmas. The weather here during winter is between about 50-70 degrees during the day, and if its not sunny, it is overcast. It usually doesn't rain during winter, but it definitely gets windy. If you come here for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas, it is definitely worth it!!! Plus, they give out cookies and hot cocoa when you go (I went to Downtown Disney for Christmas two years ago).

My family and i went a few years ago right between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so it was around December 11. The parks were moderately busy, not nerely as busy as peak season. Every hotel lobby has an incredible tree that is beautifully decorated. The parades are very seasonal. When we went, the Magic Kingdom had an after hours event where they kept the park open late, and snow was blowing all over Main Street USA, and free hot chocolate was available. I'm not sure if Disney still does this around the holidays anymore, so check out www.allears.net. It is a very informative website. You also might consider Birnbaum's Official Disney Guide available at any major book retailer. The weather can be beautiful, with daily temps near 80 degrees. It can also get chilly (for Florida). Temps could have atough time breaking 65 degrees, which is still pretty warm for people from the north. If you decide to go between Christmas and New Years Day, I hope you are not claustrophobic, the place is absolutely crammed packed.

Well if it's in FL then it's beautiful!!!!! They do lots of parades and activities! The weather is nice, it's not too cold but not too hot so it feels really good. I think it'll be worth it, i've gone a couple of times in Christmas and i love it, it's a very special place to go with your family specially in Christmas, and yes it's crowded, but it's always crowded so..

Very nice decorations, but yes it is EXTREMELY crowded. Christmas and summer are when the crowds are completely crazy. However, if it is possible in your schedule, you can go after Thanksgiving and the first couple of weeks of December, or the first couple of weeks of January after New Year's. These are much less busy, very good crowd levels, and the decorations are still up.

in case you intend to flow between december 21st and january 1st you are able to guess the cost re3sorts would be thoroughly booked by capacity of august. i booked the 1st week of july once I went for the duration of that element some years in the past and we've been in straightforward terms waiting to get in a value hotel cuz there had in simple terms been a cancellation. i might e book NOW. you in straightforward terms could positioned $2 hundred down after which you have till 40 5 days earlier than pay the rest off. additionally you are able to cancel/replace some thing at any element till 7 days earlier than the holiday and nevertheless get an entire refund. and after that in case you cancel you get lower back each little thing however the $2 hundred down. you extremely have not have been given something to lose by capacity of reserving now. the place as in case you wait till august you need to be out of luck for cost hotels and would could pay lots extra for a average or deluxe hotel.
