I Want TO Make My Background My Album Covers To Change Every 5 seconds....i know you can do that with Pics so how do i do it with my album covers????

If you are talking about iTunes artwork when you say "album covers", those are pics but they have extra embedded code that renders them useless for your purposes unless you work around the code. You just need to select a song track in iTunes, go to File > Get Info, click the Artwork tab, select the artwork, copy it, and past it into a graphics application. Then save it to a folder you create along with as many other similar pictures. It sounds like you already know how to set it for a rotating desktop image.
