I'm the crazy lady with dogs! My mother-in-law is the crazy lady at the end of the street with 18 cats! I tell her that I'll keep my dogs out of her cats and vice versa! The boxer momma absolutely LOVES to chase cats and anything else that runs slower than she does, which is formidably fast. Anyway, I'd probably say hi from the road but wouldn't get in your business; most likely I'd be walking the dogs when outside, and I wouldn't want to let them catch a whiff of cats, or else they'd go absolutely bonkers!
As to crazy, you might be the good kind of crazy, who knows? My mother-in-law is crazy too, but she's a bit on the self-destructive and depressing side, and personally I think her cats suffer for it too, even though they are pampered beyond belief.
I reserve judgment on "crazy" too. Remember the old lady who seems harmless and doddering in Donnie Darko? She was the one who had a handle on the larger situation and was able to guide Donnie subtly and effectively while appearing totally out of her mind. So there's something to be said for craziness in certain manifestations. I'd probably say "good morning." Cheers!

I am just a nice person I could never be mean to you or your cats... i would probably say hi! how are you doing? or somethin like that...

I'm not mean to anyone. I'm just honest. If you are my neighbor, I do my best to get along with you. I'd say "How are you today?" , "Have a nice day." , "Can I pick something up at the store for you?" I'd just be neighborly.

You must live right next door to me because my neighbor takes care of many stray cats. I don't mind but it drives my dogs nuts...lol

I have 6 cats.. So I can't be mean to anyone with cats.. I just love animals period... If they don't like me it's like this .. PHUCK 'em if they can't take a joke..
