Eh, well, just for clarification, we can completely replace arms functionally, and if balancing weren't such a complicated matter, we would likely be able to replace them too just fine (Of course, we already can give people prosthetics that apparently allow you to run faster than those WITH legs), while the lungs and liver can't be replaced for any decent span of time, there are devices that temporarily serve their purposes (heart and lung machines, and liver dialysis/BAL respectively). Likewise, the stomach and intestines can be completely replaced, and has been for many people using HPN.
So now I'm up to tendons, the lymph system, the brain, the nose, the tongue, and some functions of the genitals...
