Does too many extention cords pose a problem? Like I have two computer workstations next to each other, and each have their own extention cord, with the multiplugs, and most of them are usually all filled, will this cause an electric problem or some sort, or even an explosion? or am i just being very paranoid. lol

Most outlets are conected to a breaker box and usually it is limited to 20 amps. The breaker will trip before there is a problem.

You are not being paranoid. You have what we can call "octopus wiring".

Having too many extension coords and too many plug in it at the same time is a fire hazaard. Having too many equipments running in a single wire can make it very hot and thus can cause "Fire".

You should not worry unless some of the connections are loose.
this can cause shorting .then it may overheat..
probably best to buy a long powerboard..cheap,easy and much safer..but for now make sure they are all tightly pluged together...DONT PANIC...SHOULD BE FINE!!!
