I never think it's too late to apologize. I think it's better to do it sooner than later, but it's never too late. A friend of mine called me up last year and made amends with me from years ago. I accepted her apology and was very happy to hear from her and that she was willing and able to see what damage had been done to our friendship due to this issue we had over an arrugmen. I'm very happy our friendship has been mended due to her apology, even though it took several years for it to happen, it doesn't matter to me, I'm just grateful it has happened.

When you say you are sorry, it is not just for the other person. Sometimes it helps me console my bad decisions. Sometimes I apologize to a person and they still act like they did nothing wrong themselves. But I still put my apology out there knowing he would not accept it. Go to the grave and talk to them. Its never too late to acknowledge your own mistakes.

Depends on how severe the act and the sincerity of the apology. I believe it can be too late because it has been for me. I forgave in word and wanted to in mind but the damage was too great .....
