Actually, yes I have.
My girlfriend and I were camping on the beach near Zuma Beach in California and I had taken a dozen with me and thought that would be enough for the two-day weekend camping, but I ran out with still a half a day to go.
I went to another campsite about 100 yards away, said hello to the people there and asked this one guy if he had a couple he could sell me. He GAVE me two condoms...
wouldn't accept any money which, I would have done the same thing... (later on I gave him a cold beer).
