If the president ever comes through my town again I will block his path and he will not collect 200 dollars or pass Go.

Actually, no one is president over me. According to the Constitution, our President is President of the United States.
I'm not a state. He doesn't have any legitimate power over me.
I just get out of the way of the motorcades because I know they'll shoot me.
