The question applies to a muslim government servant who has three wives. The question is who and how many will get the family pensiion after his demise? In the event of the death of the senior most wife, will the next seniormost will or will not get the family pension or will others too get the family pension.

I believe it is the senior most wife whose name appears in pension paper gets it.

As with most cultures the most senior wife will get the pension. It travels down the line from there. Here's one for you.. In the U.S. if a man is married to his spouse for 10 or more years and then divorces, remarries and then the hubby dies after they are pension age...the first wife can claim one-half of his social security and if she was with him for over half of his career..she can go to court and get 1/2 of the pension. However on the social security they will tell her which spouse will offer her the most money and let her decide who to claim on. How do I know cause my Mom just went through it and they told her she could claim against my Dad instead of her recently deceased husband cause my Dad earned more social security than he did. What a world. Look out ex's new wife....social security is closing in fast...and it's all mine....( I wouldnt do that but it would be justified since they stoled all the savings and savings bonds)

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be split equally amongst them.
I don't think pension is based on a first come first serve basis.
But I'm not a Muslim, so I'm just guessing.

As in these countries women have no right, I guess that one man of the family gets it and the wives become his dependent.

if the senior wife dead, it will go to her kid that is under age.
