Passing judgement on any issue without proper knowledge of both the sides is Ignorant, Bad and Undesirable per se...

The answer is, NO. So long as one is able to offer sufficient evidence for the claim, the claimant cannot be called, "ignorant."

Your question implies all cultures are equal and that anybody who disagrees with you is "ignorant." This is the opposite of your question's intent.

If you can call people ignorant who believe some cultures are superior to other cultures, then, by your own standard, they are justified calling others ignorant who do not conform to their cultural standards.

In other words, your question is indirectly self-refuting.

Regards.

We always view other cultures through the lens of our own culture, that is unavoidable. The ignorance comes in thinking that because another culture is different to ours it is a lesser form of culture. Some so-called 'primitive' cultures are highly sophisticated in their views on how to live WITH the world instead of against it. They also have a better understanding of family life than the 'developed' world inasmuch as they value the words and experience of their elders, something we seem to have lost.

Few people look at their own culture or other cultures from a balanced perspective. No matter how superior one feels their culture is, they often over look the pitfalls and problems in their own. Claiming that other cultures are inferior, often overlooks the benefits and positive aspects of the other.

Very ignorant..all ways of life are strictly a matter of perception...to view any one culture as better is merely opinion..Jesus said those without sin cast the first stone..don't judge others lives unless you want to live them..but humans as a whole feel they must subject their view points and morality on others..thus war and pain
