regular crunchy taco with lettuce, cheese, & ground beef-is that healthy?

I would think it wouldn't be too bad. You have cheese for calcium (and protein), beef for protein, the shell has carbs and the lettuce has vitamins. It is a fairly balanced lunch.

None of it is remotely close to healthy, but a regular taco won't kill you as fast as the majority of the other menu items. Check out this website.

I doubt it but I do know it tastes horible and they used to be good ....could they get any worse . Do they recycle their taco shells with their paper supplies? And don't you love the pictures of their food products with all that beef and then when you get your order it's almost non existence .
