What you do. You are so right - actions speak MUCH louder than words!
For example, take a quote by Otto von Bismarck, the Iron Chancellor, into consideration. "Policy is not made by speeches, shooting festivals or songs, it is made by blood and iron."

They actually kinda lead up to the same thing, like if you tell somebody you're gonna kill them, and you actually do it, then it's what you do that's more important!
