You may want to check your web browsers preferences.. it's possible that you clicked a setting and it is attempting to reopen all the tabs that you were at once.
It could also be some sort of spyware or virus so you should ensure all your protection software is running, up to date, and properly configured.
It could also just be a website with a lot of pop ups (doubtful it would keep happening but possible if you have that page set as your homepage)

You probably have a malware infection.
If you don't use Spybot and Ad-Aware...you should.
Install these Freewares, read the Help files and instructions then run them...they will probably find and delete the cause of your problem.
Spybot Search and Destroy:

http://www.spybot.info/en/spybotsd/index.html
Ad-Aware 2007:

and then run them at least once a week.

I had a computer that done that to me at one time. It's either hacking... or a virus. I had plenty of viruses...and a few people threatening to hack me too .you're going to need to get your computer completely cleaned...and everything erased..and start anew. That's what I had to do, and that's the only help i have. :)

let me guess, they're all browser windows? calling you an idiot?
disconnect your network cable, add that site to your blocked list, and be careful. it's probably a server script opening the page on your computer till it crashes

You probably have spyware or malware on your system. Consider downloading AdAware or another free spyware remover to remove it.
