I have a friend who told me that whenever she closes her eyes to sleep, she feels this awkward feeling... She says it's like something is pressing on her. She doesn't know if it's a dream or is this something that is concerned with other creatures' world??? Sort of like that... Is it incubus?
Thank you!

Sounds like sleep apnea.

The symptoms are many, occur primarily at sleep-time and upon waking, and can be different enough in combination to produce a wholly unnerving effect.

Don't dismiss the possibility of a simple cause, though. I personally know three people who have sleep apnea... two of them were frightened of paranormal phenomenon when they started getting the chest pressure and "tinglies" (as one put it).

These symptoms include: restless feelings, chest pressure and pain, gasping, sweating, chills, nighttime choking spells, un-refreshed feeling after sleep, having problems with memory and concentration, feeling irritable and tired, experiencing personality changes, morning or night headaches, heartburn or a sour taste in the mouth at night, and nocturia (getting up during the night to urinate).

Tell her to get checked for sleep apnea. She will probably have to stay the night in a sleep disorder treatment facility to be monitored and diagnosed. They can make a firm diagnosis for sleep apnea (as well as many other sleep disorders), so, if nothing less, you can rule out some possible physical causes.

Besides, if you are genuinely concerned about paranormal activity, what better place is there to be if such activity DOES occur than wired to a slew of monitors in a clinical environment filled with health professionals?

Look at the physical before the metaphysical; have her see a doctor and express her concerns. I'm pretty sure you'll find the answer is a lot less daunting than an incubus (especially since incubi usually just have sex with their victims)

Good luck.
I hope this helped.

The pressing feeling is her Etheric body that is what is use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body. It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the Physical body, and which sustains the physical body. “Also known as our Aura” or your Spirit which contains your Soul
I would say she was on her way to Astral travel however she was not in a deep sleep here is a link on Astral Projection

Well, has your friend ever heard of astral-projection?.It is a very real phenomena that few people understand. It may be something that she is experiencing!!.It is way to long to get into here but she could do some reseach into it!!.Basically it just may be herself trying to get back in....No creatures involved, ,just her taking a little flight during REM sleep. Then coming back home. Have her look in to it .A little reseach may answer her questions. ^.^
