I think that a call to the municipal office where he applied for his marriage liscence in Canada is needed, but you will need to contact a lawyer to proceed further.

If he was legally married to you before he married in Canada then his Canadian marriage is void . He has committed bigamy . You might need to provide proof to a canadian court. I would start by contatcting the district attorney where he was married.

move on with your own life. it will catch up to him sooner or later.
