a couple weeks ago.
pecan pie.
I never used to eat pecan pie, because my older brother liked it, so I was sure I wouldn't like it. Then I tried pecan pie at a friend's house, while we were playing scrabble. Now I love it.
Oh there are so many things I missed out on, because my brother got there first. I just had to go in the opposite direction. Sibling rivalry can be a terrible hindrance.

A month ago I went to Marie Callender's and got talked into a Razzleberry pie. I have no idea even now what sort of berries were in it. The Ollieberry is also good!

My sister in law made some great Key Lemon Pie last week after my moms funeral. It was wonderful. Since I don't like Lime, she changed it up to Lemon for me and even though it was fantastic, it was the thought that she made something I liked that made eating it SO DARN GOOD!!

Our next door neighbor brought us a blackberry and rhubarb
pie last week. We'd never had the combination before. But
we couldn't taste the rhubarb at all, we could see a few pieces
but it was predominately blackberry. And it was a tasty pie
all in all. But the rhubarb got lost somehow in the shuffle LOL.
