Yes we will. It might even happen next year. People want change, eventually people are going to get tired of the norm which is old white guys. Things always change. So whether people like it or not we will have a Black president and a woman president in the future.

Considering that a lot of people are unhappy with Bush, including Republicans, and the fact that there is no clear-cut leader of the Republican race right now, and that Hillary Clinton has such a strong lead in the Democratic race, I would say that there is a pretty fair chance she could get elected at this point in time.

That's a very risky venture, in my opinion, to elect a woman as President because even though we are pretty free minded about such things here in the states many other countries are not willing to accept women in a place of such power.

What happens when we get in a tight situation with another country and the leader of the other country does not believe women should be in power (or even show their uncovered faces in public) - how does a woman president overcome a deep-rooted religious (and, therefore, emotional) prejudice like that?

Another question I have, though perhaps not an issue for Hillary, is what if we get in a real tight and touchy situation with another country, such as experienced in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and our president cannot make a level-headed and even keel judgment decision because she is strung out on hormones at "that time of the month"?

Or, what if she breaks down and cries because it is that time of the month and shows weakness to the other country, giving them the upper hand in the negotiation?

On the other hand, Condoleeza Rice has done a great job dealing with these issues in her current role. However, her current role is not a presidential one, and that can make a difference.

I am not completely and necessarily against a woman president, but I do think that it is risky business in the international political playing field.

I definitely think one day we will, I just really hope that people don't vote for a black/female candidate just because they are black/female.
My reason why I think that? There isn't really anything holding back African Americans or females from presidency. Sure there is still sexism and racism but it's dying out for the most part and if people truly believe that someone would be good for the presidency, they aren't going to let the fact that they are blac or female hold them back...at least I hope so...

Of course we will. There are black and female CEO's now. However they are not CEO's because they are black or female, but because they are the right person for that job. I'm not sure we are ready for a socialist president, which is what we would have with either Hillary or Obama in there.

elections are fake, we do not really have a say nor a vote. been this way for over 40 yrs, few realize it as they are caught up in the action.

Hillary will be president if we actually see an election. either Bush will pull off another 9/11, most likely a nuke attack in USA. then he will claim dictatorship by presidential act 51 and remain in power as King George.

if we do see an "election" then Hillary will win due to fact its already said, plus she is the whore of the beast from the bible. plus Bill is the one who started the real ID, the mark of the beast. so when Hillary gets in, she will denounce her position and place Bill in place as a dictator as there are no laws in our gov about having a female president and the powers they have.

either way, doom is it hand, don't be fooled, stop believing the TV. its pumping the same propaganda lies that Germany heard prior to Hitlers reign of terror. history is repeating itself before your eyes.

"Ever" is a long time. Yes, I think the U.S. will elect a woman or black or even a black woman president at some point in our political life. Will we get one this coming election? It is very hard to say. Both Clinton and Osbama have good and bod points to them. I think many voters are looking for the 'something different', it remains to be seen how far they are willing to go to get it.

we already had black presidents, and George Washington wasnt the first. George was the ninth president of the united states. The first president was John Hanson. if you don`t believe me then go here. www.johnhanson.com and you will see more than one black president. if you need more information just add me to your list. and you had a couple between the 20`s and the 80`s

I'm really pulling for either Clinton or Obama for '08. Our world needs a wake up call--it needs a revolution, something to turn it on its ear. Either one as our President would do just that, unless someone gay or Jewish came along and decided to run too.

For months now I've been keeping up on the Iowa caucuses, and right now it looks like Giuliani is the obvious frontrunner for the Republicans...however, he really isn't the best candidate that party could ask for in my opinion. As for the Democratic party, it's between Clinton and Obama, even though Clinton is slightly ahead in the polls.

As long as we get a revolution, I don't care--our world's in trouble, and we need a change. NOW. The world isn't going to wait for it.

After checking my crystal ball, the answer is Yes, or No, and it was not quite clear, as I am receiving static at this time.

Do you know where I can get a crystal ball antenna to pick up future earth signal transmissions, once I find one, I will get back to your question with a better, and more accurate response.

Female president before a black president- Americans only can deal with small doses of complete revolution in their lives!
