Callum/Kallum
Kieran
Kirk
Corey
Curtis

Good luck!

Seems like you received really positive feedback with Cayden/Caden. I like Caden better than Kale and Kalen. Other K/C names to consider are: Carter,Cooper, Conner and Kyle

Um, kale as in the leafy food?
How about some more traditional names:
Casey, Corey, Connor, Keegan (means fiery and determined--good if he's early!) Kevin,

Stick with Cayden - it's not my style, but honestly, it's not my baby! And if you want to balance the trendiness of Caden/Cayden, try:
Cayden Alexander
Cayden Christopher
Cayden James
Cayden Henry
Cayden Michael
Kale makes me think of the vegetable. :)

Kalen sounds girly. I really like Cadne if you prounounce it CAD-KNEE. You could also just make one up. What about Cagny?
