there's a pimple kind of thing in my minor lumbar,is it serious.is there any med.?

I would also recommend a hot bath with some epson salt, this might help pop the pimple on you labia minora. If it is a cyst, your doc. might need to help you removing it.

Pimples in the genital area such as around the labia minora are normal because of the oils there and you can try using a warm, wet face towel to try and help it if you notice redness and swelling. I would also recommend talking to your doctor as well to have them evaluate the situation further. When I get pimples in my genital area I have to let my doctor pop them for me because of the location they are in.
