We have been trying for a little over a year now, and still no luck. I am hoping since it is the first time I have ever had a positive OPK, if it is going to happen. How likely do you think it might happen? Please wish me luck.

I have irregular periods so it is hard to tell when I am ovulating. So that is why it is the first OPK that turned out positive, I know that I ovulate, but I usally miss the date.

It depends on alot of factors like sperm count, your tubes etc etc, BUT that is not why i am giving you an answer, i want to WISH YOU GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope this will be your month. If it is not, i would suggest having sex 3 times a week - if possible - that will help you hit the ovualtion time without you even knowing seeing that sperm lives in you for about 3 days so you will always have a 'fresh' supply!!

Good luck and all the best to you!!! WILL HOLD THUMBS!!!

Not sure what you mean by your 'first ever' positive OPK, but if you literally mean first ever,a since you've been trying, then there may be some underlying issues...Regardless, I hope this is your month and ton's of baby dust!!!!

Well, if by OPK you mean pregnancy test (that you buy at the pharmacy) you must be pregnant if it is positive. They say there are false negatives, but never false positives.
