i never done that but i have punch a guy so hard it knocked him on his back.

Because they are jerks. I personally haven't, but if I ever did, it's because they are plain jerks. They are cruel and they think they are invincible, but if we kick them in the balls, it shows them that they are still retarded and need to knock it off.
My little sister used to kick my cousins balls every time we went there, which was about every week. She had no clue it hurts, so she did it and was FINALLY caught and told not to do it again.
I don't know what shoes work, but I would be guessing steel-toed boots.

ok, not a girl but a funny story... one of my friends = JERK... he wouldn't leave this one girl alone (I warned him) he kept asking for a kiss... after about 30 mins of this rude behavior she said fine, and she grabbed his shoulders, and half leaned in, and when he did BAM.. up came the knee... I lost it, couldn't breath for about 15 mins.
