You know that saying that goes something along the lines of some things are better left unsaid? yeah, some things are better left unsaid. sometimes i feel like i'm being too secretive if i don't tell anyone my friggin life story but i know to hold back. you naturally keep some things to yourself and that's ok. there are a couple of things i wouldn't even dream of telling my mom about, or my closest friends about. sometimes they are embarrassing, sometimes they aren't. but whatever they are, they're secret and if you want to keep them that way, keep them that way.

I think usually it is. For me it is. If you can't talk to someone close to you or who you can trust, it's got to be something you're ashamed of.

if ur ashamed u wudnt want to discuss it with others,
