Hillary hands down. Now, I'm not a fan of either, but you have to go with the Clinton because either she will stare you down and make you cry OR she'll round up her husband and make make him uncomfortable, if you know what I mean. Hillary has backups.

Since Hillary has no feelings, the discomfort of a staring contest wouldn't make a difference to her.
Since Obama has no brain, he wouldn't notice he was even in a staring contest. After all, he doesn't even think we are in a war.
