I think this will really help them if they do it right. TNA needs to push the X Division and the Tag Division. When WCW had the CW division from 95-98, it was the hottest thing in the world. NWO was more controversial but the CWs were more popular than anything for them.
I would try to make the storylines go away quick and I would quit bringing in someone every PPV to interfere in the main event. The storylines that TNA are doing have no point and they are being threw away hince my first idea would be to fire Russo and bring in Heyman.
I would push the guys that TNA groomed on their own plus the ROH talent. AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Lo-Ki, Samoa Joe, and Hernandez.
I would attempt to hire Bryan Danielson (the greatest technical wrestler in the world right now), Kenta, Takeshi Morishima, and Nick Dinsmore. This guy gan wrestler with anyone in the world.
I would also try to get a talent exchange with some Japan companies that way I can have fresh talent and my name would be in the greatest wrestling country for fans in the world. They respect wrestling and that is what my show would be.
I would want to get rid of a few people such as the Steiners as they wont be able to keep with teams such as the Motor City Machine Guns and others. They are a legendary tag team but their time is done. Team 3D as their heart is not into it it don't seem. Lancy Hoyt who has not true place.
I would want to keep Angle, Sting, and Christian, but it wouldn't be all about them. They would help put the younger talent over and make them look good. They are not afraid to do it either.

First off, fire Kevin Nash--he has all but ruined the X Division. Then go apologize to Jerry Lynn and beg him to come back and fix the X Division. I would put AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels back in the X Division and bring in RVD and put HIM in the X Division. Sabin and Shelley would be singles in the X Division, as would Senshi. Yeah, I'm a huge fan of the X Division and I would do whatever it takes to restore it to it's former glory and build it up even more by bringing in RVD and bringing back Jerry Lynn (I'm a big fan of Jerry Lynn). Maybe try to bring in some big names from Japan and Mexico from time to time. And Petey Williams would get more air time.
The tag team scene in the WWE is dismal so I would try to attract viewers by beefing up the tag scene in TNA. The Dudleys would be faces again. LAX would still be heels and featured more prominently. AMW would be a team again. If VKM still wants to be DX, that's cool, but they'd have to perform better in the ring. I'd hire Test and team him with Tomko.
The Heavyweight division would be more competitive and not just revolve around Angle and Christian. Kurt Angle is the best in-ring performer in the business but that doesn't automatically mean he has to be the champion ALL the time (he's no John Cena ; ) LOL).
It would be a long-shot but I'd try my damnedest to sign Chris Jericho.
Storylines? I wouldn't put too much emphasis on storylines. The WWE has tried so many goofy and bizarre storylines that I'd just leave that to them; I'd emphasize the "adrenaline rush" in-ring action.

i would start to phase out older guys like Sting and Jarrett. They still have use as special attractions and to put younger guys over, but they are just not the long term answer. Also, it is time to trim some of the WWE guys from the roster and find some lesser known talent that is hungry for a shot. It also seems like they keep extending the same feuds over and over again. How many times Are we going to see Joe vs. Angle? Also Sting and Abyss is old. Let Angle have his run as champion until someone else starts to emerge as a main eventer. Angle can carry them for a while and bring some credibility to the title.
Also, I think they are missing the boat with Styles. He is a fine performer, but they make him out to be an idiot. Let him go on his own and get away from Christian's shadow. Also, come up with some catchier names for the stables. Christian's Coalition is not very creative and Team Pac-Man is down right lazy.
I really don't see any breakout stars on their roster right now and I don't see anyone worth spending big money on to bring in a take away from the young talent.

Put all my effort into Bryan Danielson

Change Harris into a midcarder
Put XXX vs Sharkboy, Dutt and Williams
MCMG vs LAX

WIth the roster i would fire Kevin Nash , Shark Boy , 3-D , and VKM.
I would push Samoa Joe , AJ Styles , Christopher Daniels MCMG , and Robert Roode.
I would try my best to hire RVD , Chris Jericho (no shot but i would try) , Nick Dinsmore and Bryan Danielson
Storyline wise i would basically bring a halt to all of them, they have no clue what they are doing.
But with a 2hour time slot , i would rebuild my X-Division , they have made it a laughing stock. I would put AMW back together , its abvious no one cares about the 2 of them apart. Having AMW back together would bolster their tag team division, which could be incredible if they start pushing MCMG.
