Yes, he does. After Kate blackmailed Nick into telling them the twins were EJ's, Nick ran the paternity test and saw they are both Lucas's. Nick went to tell Lucas & Sami and covered for Kate by telling them it was a mistake on his part.

Kate blackmailed Nick into telling Lucas the twins were EJ's BUT then Stephano and or Andre kidnapped Sami to steal the stem cells and Ralf Rolf what ever his name is. said that they can't go on with the surgery because it wouldn't do Stephano any good because the babies weren't a match to Stephano so there for couldn't be his grandbabies. I'm pretty sure while this was transpiring Nick was re running the tests and ended up being the one to tell Lucas and Sami the truth... hope this helps!!

Lucas is the baby daddy. His mom blackmailed Nick into changing the test so they came out that EJ was the father. But Nick came clean and told them the truth Lucas is the real baby daddy. Sammy might be having feelings to Ej but he shows upo everytime Lucas aint around. She isnt really worried about her kids because she lets him come near her.Chelsea broke up with Nick and is now dating Jett. He could do a lot better. Stepheno is "DEAD" and there trying to lure Andre out of hiding.

Yea, they were told a while back, KAte was blackmailing as usual to make the babies, EJ's. Nick finally came clean about his involvement in the situation.

yes he does. nick was going to tell sami the day the bomb went off in the door of the apartment. when nick got back from vegas he went back to the apartment to tell the.
ej, kate, lucas and sami where there. he confessed all but who the actual person was that blackmailed him in to lying was. later nick gave kate the vegas winnings to give to cheslea. kate told her it was from her not nick.

Yes, but I'm still hoping there was something fishy in the lab and the babies are EJ's. I'm thinking I'm on to something-last week when EJ and Sami were together they were wearing baby colors. GO EJAMI!
