Chaya would be pronounced like kayak, not the Jewish pronunciation. My wife and I have agreed on Jean, but is Chaya too far out there. If you don't like it, give me another suggestion. It must start with C (our previous kids are A, then B), and Jean must be the middle name.

Chaya might be a problem, pronounced Kayak. It could lead to all kinds of strange nicknames. Caroline Jean or Christine Jean doesn't sound too bad :-) .

why would you name your kid kayak?
or do you mean like kayak without they a so it would be ky-ya?
if that is the case then change the spelling... it looks like ch-ay-ya or shay-ya
if its pronounced like kayak then spell it more like it sounds.. kyah

If u pronounced it Shay-ah it would be nice but i don't like it pronounced kayak sorry, just abit to different for me.
