The opposite of 'rebel' as a verb would be 'conform.'
The opposite of 'rebel' as a noun would be 'conformist' or possibly 'follower.'

A rebel goes against things/beliefs. The opposite therefore would be a conformist, someone who goes along with everything.

conform, cede, conformist, loyalist.... how simple.

I like "Un-rebel" for the verb, and "non-rebel" for the noun. But then, I'm a non-conformist. (note that I even used "but" at the beginning of a sentence)
