Masturbating. And I wasn't even the one who saw it first! This little old lady standing next to me at the bus stop happened to nudge me and ask "Young man! Do you see what that man is doing in that car over there?" I had to do a double take!
Now I can guess why some people have a hard time driving...

I saw a fat guy eating what I think was a Big Mac and holding a big bag of McDonald's food while he was driving a motorcycle. Actually he was stopped because of road work and I guess he decided to have a snack while he was stopped. It was kind of gross though because he was really fat and shoving this sandwich in his mouth without even taking his helmet off or anything. I mean cant he wait til he gets home?

I once got behind a guy who had a disease like, Torettes Syndrome or something that made him shake and wiggle really bad, he was really going crazy. At first I thought that he was singing and dancing but then I realized that he never stopped and that he was not doing it on purpose, I later the same day saw the same guy again hours later doing the same thing so I knew it was not the dancing and singing.

Ok get this at a traffic light some lady was literally holding a hamburger in one hand, a cigar in the other, she seems to be talking on a speaker phone, the music in the car was so loud I can literally hear the base (I was right next to her) and one foot was on the steering wheel so it looked like she was prepared to steer with one foot.

I don't look into people's cars while driving; I'm too busy paying attention to the road. But one time I saw a pair of boots on top of a car. It looked like someone had climbed up there and ...vanished or something?

I drove a conversion van for many years and you sit up high in them. I've looked down into many a car and some of the funniest/strange/ or downright no-no's I've seen are:

Painting fingernails
Typing on a lap top doing 80!
Putting out a fire in his lap without pulling over- small fire on leg and was pouring coffee on it while still driving! Won my stupid award of the year!

On our way to Virginia we saw some little 20 ish year old girl with a big *** d-eagle. She was holding it by the handle and just like looking at it as if she was going to kill somebody or had stolen it... She was in some raggidy ***, beat-up, ford or pontiac or something. We sped away.

I was driving down the highway the other night and this couple in the convertible next to me must have walked through a poison ivy patch or something, cause he was sure "scratching" away on her and she was definitely rubbing something downstairs on him. Weirdest thing ever.

I saw on the Interstate going to Baton Rouge from Lafayette, this very attractive woman, remove her top--at speeds of 70 mph--baring her chest....and put on a different top!!
To this day, I'll never forget such a lovely sight--espicially when she cheerfully winked at me, blew a kiss....and sped up and out of my life.

Every time I get out of the house I see people picking their nose. There were a few I have seen at stop lights picking their nose, looking at it, rolling it up and actually putting it in the mouth!
