I'd choose to cuddle in a blanket on the beach watching the sunset. I'm imagining the rain scene as a downpour. Not pretty haha and I don't want to get a cold. :)

Definately kiss passionately in the rain. I've never really liked the beach, sure a lovely site but I hate the sand and the seaweed all over. Kissing passionately in the pouring rain seems the most romantic thing to me!! I could see use getting caught in a storm and we kiss each other... wow...

Definitely in the rain. Preferably a warm summer rain. A perfect serene situation where you don't have to worry about your make-up running or your hair sticking to the sides of your face. An amazing kiss as the warm rain runs down your face!
