Permission? No. However, you have to see your eye doctor to be fitted for them. Contact lenses are not one size fits all so, even if you aren't getting them for vision...only getting them because you want to change your eye color, you still need to go through a fittng process. Contacts that don't fit properly will cause permanent damage to your eyes. So, please schedule a contact fitting appointment with your eye doctor.
