Last month, Lohan agreed to spend a day in jail and complete a drug treatment program after pleading guilty or no contest to misdemeanour drunken driving and cocaine charges stemming from arrests earlier this year in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

yeah she has made a plea deal to do one day in jail and judging by nicole richies sentencing of four days and her 82 min jail stint she will be out within 5 mins

Yeah but first she has to have rehab but after rehab she's going to jail.

First its Rehab
Then when she gets out of rehab she'll relapse and go to rehab again and so on and so on.
