I have an HP and I love it. I have never had any trouble with it at all and I have had it for a year and a half !!! Tell him to get the Scanner, printer, copier all in one !!!! It's not to expensive !!!!

i like the hp printers.. the cheaper ones from experience really suck and break down faster. spend the extra bucks on a hp

I have a portable canon that works great. I can't think of the model number, but it prints excellent. The ink cartridges are small but they last a good while and are pretty reasonable in price.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet printer.

lexmark, or cannon...a laser printer gets the best qualities
