I never wore out a cassette. How bout 8 track? The blue (67-70) and red (62-66) albums by the Beatles. They were doubles. I wore out all four of them. Now I'm on my second set of CDs. They are fab!

As a teen I taped 'Like A Virgin' Madonna from the radio over and over then played the tape continuously for weeks. The tape player eventually had enough and chewed it up - ahh well the audio on the tape was almost gone anyways..hehehehe
