The Jacaranda Tree is my favourite tree.
A place in Australia called Grafton has the yearly Jacaranda festival and everyone comes from far and wide to marvel at the streets there all lined by Jacarandas in flower. When I was young our family used to drive 2 hours for it every year. Now I live in Brisbane and when I see a Jacaranda tree the memories flood back
(They even have purple bread!!)

My crab apple tree in my backyard. It is 35 years old, full and wide spread, climbable with branches a kid can sit on and dream on or play pirates in, and the blossoms in the spring are pink and delicate.

The Weaping Willow, right next to a stream or brook, while the sun is rising or setting.
For me the weaping willow is both beautiful and sad in a way that makes me attracted to it's beauty.
PEACE
:-)
